Now that Social Media platforms are in place, it's so easy for word of mouth to travel even faster. I'm disappointed to hear that for a company that touts such great service and products, it has been such a #fail for you. Wonder how many others are experiencing the same frustration. Hmmm.... going to be following up on this and see where it goes. Almost smells "scammy" to me.. I don't know.
